Hosannahs Limited is an architectural and technical design practice. We are the data controller for the personal information you provide through this website. If you have any questions about how we use your information, contact us at info@hosannahs.com.
What information we collect
When you request the Commercial-to-Residential Acquisition Checklist, we collect your first name, email address, and optionally your investment stage. When you submit a feasibility enquiry, we also collect the property details you provide, including the property address, listing link, intended use, project description and optionally your phone number. We also collect campaign source and UTM parameters from the link you clicked to reach us, so we can understand which marketing efforts brought you here.
How we use your information
We use your name and email to send you the checklist you requested. If you submit a feasibility enquiry, we use the details you provide to assess your enquiry and contact you about a potential project. If you tick the marketing consent box, we will also send you periodic emails with property conversion insights and information about our services. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
Marketing consent
Marketing consent is separate from your checklist request. We only send you marketing emails if you explicitly tick the consent box. Ticking it is optional and does not affect your ability to receive the checklist. If you do consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by visiting our unsubscribe page.
Legal basis for processing
We process your name and email to deliver the checklist you requested on the legal basis of contract (taking steps to provide what you asked for). We process your feasibility enquiry details on the legal basis of legitimate interests, to respond to your enquiry and assess a potential business relationship. We process marketing emails only on the legal basis of your consent.
How long we keep your information
We retain lead records for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for our legitimate business interests in maintaining records of enquiries and projects. If you unsubscribe from marketing, we retain a record of your unsubscribe request to ensure we do not contact you again.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use a third-party email delivery provider to send the checklist and any marketing emails you have consented to. We may also share information where required by law. Access to lead records within our organisation is restricted to authorised administrators.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are concerned about how we handle your information.
