In this example, the client wanted a single-story extension to a four-bedroom house. The layout aimed to include the allocation of amenity space, bi-fold doors to access the rear garden, and skylights to provide adequate lighting. Planning was approved by the local council.

Single Storey Extension
Our client needed a rear single-storey extension and remodeling of an existing ground floor to accommodate a larger kitchen and dining area with utility and bathroom. Planning was approved by the local council.

Double Storey
This is a double-story extension and our client needed additional living space on the ground and the first floor to accommodate a bathroom on the first floor whilst enlarging existing bedroom sizes. Also, the extension of the existing kitchen and living/dining areas on the ground floor. Planning approved by the local council.
Double Storey
The client needed to extend the kitchen to the side whilst maintaining access to the back living space. Also, the client extend the bathroom above the kitchen to the side and
added a cloakroom to the side replacing the toilet that is installed under the stairs. We finally helped the client to
relocate the boiler that is installed in the bathroom into the new cloakroom.
